12 Petalled Lotus
The Pathways
The 12 Petalled Lotus began as a living map of the human heart. Each petal represents a foundational human capacity of the heart — innate qualities such as Bliss, Peace, Harmony, Love, Understanding, Empathy, Clarity, Purity, Unity, Compassion, Kindness, and Forgiveness — that develop and deepen across a lifetime through relationship and lived experience.
Over decades of practice in somatic work, attachment repair, birth and end-of-life companionship, and emotional literacy education, patterns began to emerge. The same core capacities were needed again and again — in parenting, in partnership, in grief, in leadership, in healing, percolating before birth and spilling beyond death.
The Pathways grew from this recognition. Each one focuses on a particular developmental lens while strengthening the same heart capacities from a different angle. Together, they form an integrated journey: not a series of separate courses, but a cohesive framework for becoming more fully human, in relationship with yourself and others.
All courses are live online, 90-minute weekly sessions with reflection and self-study between meetings (6 weeks core followed by 6 weeks signature) and replays for the duration of each program + 2 weeks).
Pathway 1 | Rewiring Safety & Trust
(Petal Qualities: Purity · Love)
Starts April 7, 2026 | 1 - 2:30 PM MST
You are wired for connection. Your body learned early what closeness meant, long before language formed memory. Some of those early imprints created steadiness. Others created vigilance.
This Pathway gently traces safety back to its origins. We explore how attachment begins before conscious memory — in the first breaths, first touches, and rhythms that teach the body what love feels like. Participants learn how those early patterns shape confidence, parenting, and emotional regulation across a lifetime.
What You’ll Explore
Early attachment, nervous-system regulation, and felt safety
The body’s language of contact, rhythm, and trust
How early experiences shape adult connection and caregiving
Practices for rebuilding internal security and emotional stability
Who It Naturally Supports
Adults healing early attachment wounds, expectant or new parents, and caregivers or educators seeking to model secure bonding from the inside out.
Pathway 2 | Reclaiming Curiosity & Play
(Petal Qualities: Clarity · Bliss)
Starts April 8, 2026 | 10 - 11:30 AM MST
Curiosity is native to you. Play is a developmental intelligence, not a luxury. Somewhere along the way, responsibility, fear, or inhibition may have narrowed that field.
This Pathway reawakens the part of you built to explore. We look at how the body learns to hold back and how it relearns expansion. Through awareness, movement, and creative practice, participants rediscover freedom to wonder, create, and move through life with vitality.
What You’ll Explore
Autonomy and connection: finding self without losing relationship
The developmental roots of self-expression and inhibition
Integrity, responsibility, and self-respect as embodied capacities
Reprogramming old narratives that limit creativity and belonging
Who It Naturally Supports
People navigating life transitions, educators, artists, parents, and helpers rekindling curiosity and vitality in themselves and others.
Pathway 3 | Speaking from the Heart
(Petal Qualities: Kindness · Peace)
Starts April 9, 2026 | 7 - 8:30 PM MST
Your voice carries more than words. It carries perception, truth, and relational impact. Early experiences taught your body how safe it is to express that truth.
This Pathway strengthens the courage and capacity to speak from grounded presence. We study how early power dynamics and subtle distortions shape communication patterns. Through relational and somatic practice, participants rebuild trust in their perception and learn to communicate with steadiness and compassion.

Communication patterns shaped by fear, defense, or control
Repairing trust in your own perception and truth-telling
The bridge between honesty, compassion, and relational safety
