The Birth of This Human'

It began as an echo of The Path of the 12 Petalled Lotus.
Once the heart framework was clear - the petals, the pathways, the rhythm of becoming, it was natural to ask: what does this look like in daily life?

The Lotus held the deep teachings, the developmental map.
But people needed a doorway, something simple, human, close to home.

That’s where This Human emerged.
It started as a way to talk about being human without jargon, to bring heart work down to earth through stories, mistakes, and small triumphs. A space to explore the same truths - safety, belonging, purpose, and love but in the language of ordinary life.

Over time it unfolded into a series:

This Human Heart — emotion, coherence, and compassion in motion.

This Human Story — reflective writing, narrative, and legacy.

This Human Frequency — the subtle layer of energy and resonance beneath it all.

This Human Thread — the everyday fabric of relationship and the threads that connect us. (our store)

This Human Journey - is the one you take home; the one that keeps unfolding long after the class ends.

This Human Nest — the home, the community field, the place to land and belong. (our physical space coming in 2026/27)

Each branch serves the same purpose: to make the teachings livable, relatable, and shareable.

The Lotus is the deep structure.
