The Pathways

The 12 Core / Signature Pathways

Each pathway opens a facet of the heart’s learning: a petal of wisdom that moves through its own rhythm of practice from safety to service and from beginning to return.

The work unfolds through three interwoven rhythms:
exploration, expression, and community.

Exploration

The study in motion

The twelve Core and Signature Pathways are immersive 12-week journeys into the deeper architecture of the work. Each one opens a distinct heart-based quality - one of the twelve petals of the lotus (the heart chakra) and brings it into lived practice, always returning to the same centre with the heart as teacher.

Expressions of Learning

The ways the work meets the world.
For those drawn to engage through reflection, practice, or story, we offer many forms each extending the learning into every day life.

Community

The heart of it all.
Each month we gather around one of the 12 petal qualities such as compassion, clarity, peace, and more, to explore what it means to live them in daily life. This shared rhythm keeps the teachings alive, creating resonance and coherence between us.

Monthly focus on one petal quality, with community calls, reflection prompts, and member circles for open discussion and guided group practices.  Online only (until our physical space is secured in 2026/27).

More info to come about the community very soon!               ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````

Why We Study in the Path of the 12 Petalled Lotus

Anahata, the energetic heart centre of the human body is the ground from which all learning begins.

It teaches coherence: the rhythm between heart, mind, and body that allows wisdom to move through us, not just into us.

The 12 petals of the lotus (heart chakra) unfold as qualities or virtues, each one a path of becoming.

Through Exploration, we walk these paths in practice which is immersive study, guided reflection, and embodied learning that bring safety, trust, and awareness to life.

Through Expression, understanding moves outward. The teachings ripple through story, art, writing, conversation, and the everyday ways we live what we learn.

Through Community, the work completes its circle. We gather to listen and to be listened to, to witness and to be witnessed, staying in rhythm with one another as growth unfolds.

Transformation here is about integration, and embodiment and coherence - a felt sense of wholeness that grows through relationship, reflection, and the steady returning to the heart.

Choosing Your Pathway

There is no single doorway into this work. People find the Pathways at different moments of becoming such as those times when life asks them to grow, soften, or begin again.

You might be:

A young adult wanting to understand your patterns, choices, and inner landscape before stepping into deeper commitment.

Preparing for marriage or partnership and wanting a grounded foundation of emotional maturity and relational clarity.

Expecting a child or learning to parent with more presence, regulation, and secure connection.

Parenting children at any age or navigating the complexity of raising teenagers and seeking deeper understanding amid change.

Healing your own childhood patterns through re-parenting, nervous system repair, and developing a more spacious sense of self.

Moving through midlife transitions, rediscovering purpose, or reimagining how you want to love and live.

Facing loss of a parent, partner, identity, or season of life, and wanting to meet grief from a steadier, more compassionate centre.

Exploring end-of-life awareness and legacy with more courage, clarity, and tenderness.

Returning to your creativity, intuition, or inner knowing after years of disconnect or survival-mode living.

Stepping into mentorship, coaching, teaching, or care-based professions and wanting a heart-coherent framework for your work.

Deepening your emotional, spiritual, or personal growth journey in a way that feels grounded, real, and fully human.

Wherever you begin, each Pathway opens a way back to coherence;  the steady rhythm of living from the heart.

Find Your Starting Point

If you’re unsure where to begin, start where life has your attention. Each Pathway meets a human theme: safety, expression, love, creation, and service - and all return to the same centre: the heart as teacher.

You can:

Begin with one Pathway and see how it moves you.

Take multiple Pathways over time as many overlap and complement each other.

Reach out through the contact form for light guidance; we’ll point you toward a good first step.

You don’t need a discovery call to join — just curiosity, and the willingness to learn through your own experience.

Course Application Here

I learned this, at least, by my experience;
that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams,
and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined,
he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary;
new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him;
or the old laws be expanded, and interpreted in his favor in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order of beings.

In proportion as he simplifies his life, the laws of the universe will appear less complex, and solitude will not be solitude, nor poverty poverty, nor weakness weakness. If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be.

Now put the foundations under them.

~ Henry David Thoreau ~

I’d long known about the body’s subtle energy field through my work in body-based healing, but it was mostly conceptual. That changed after a relationship ended.

During one of our final conversations, I felt a powerful physical sensation in my chest, as if my ribs were widening and my heart were radiating outward. It was unmistakably somatic. I called it “my heart opening,” unaware that I was describing what many traditions know as the activation of Anahata.

Wanting to understand what had happened, I began studying the heart chakra and found the research of Joe Dispenza and the HeartMath Institute. Their work on heart coherence; the measurable alignment of heart, brain, and emotion gave language to what I had felt.

What I’d known intuitively through years of bodywork now had form: the heart is not just an emotional symbol, but a dynamic electromagnetic field and an intelligent centre of awareness. That realization grounded everything that followed.

That moment became the seed of the 12 Petalled Lotus, a way of studying the heart not as metaphor, but as living practice.
