When contacting us about an existing registration, please include:
the participant’s name
the email address used to register
the title of the course or webinar
a brief description of what you need
Please avoid including credit-card numbers, passwords, detailed health information, or other highly sensitive personal information in the form.
CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
Written requests must be received through this Contact page.
The date the request is submitted determines the refund period that applies. Include the course title and the email address used during registration.
